How to request deletion
- Send an email to tuitionconnectoffices@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Studorship account.
- Send it from the email address you registered with, and include your full name and your role (student, parent, tutor or institution).
- We will confirm your request and delete your account, normally within 30 days.
Parents or guardians can make this request for a child aged 13 to 17.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (name, email, phone number, age band, guardian details)
- Your profile and profile photo
- Your tutoring requests, applications and chat messages, photos and voice notes
- Your quiz attempts, results and progress
- Quizzes, videos and study materials you uploaded, unless you ask us to keep them
What may be kept
- Information we must keep by law or to resolve disputes or protect safety, for a limited period.
- Anonymous or aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
- Copies in routine backups, which are removed within 90 days.
Delete some data only
If you want some data removed without deleting your account (for example a video, a quiz or your photo), email us the same way and tell us what to remove.
